Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade to a higher plan for more storage, events, and features.
When you need more events, signs, contractors, or storage, upgrade your plan to unlock higher limits instantly.
How to upgrade
- Go to Organisation Settings in the sidebar and click Billing.
- You see your current plan and a comparison of available plans.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing. Annual billing saves approximately 17%.
- You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details.
- Complete the checkout. You are returned to Signplanr with your new plan active immediately.
Only organisation Owners and Admins can upgrade the plan. If you do not see the Billing page, ask your organisation owner for access.
Proration
When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, Signplanr prorates the charge. You pay only the difference between your old plan and your new plan for the remaining days in the current cycle. From the next cycle onward, you are billed the full amount for your new plan.
Switching between monthly and annual
You can switch billing frequency when upgrading or from the subscription management page. Switching to annual billing applies the discount starting from your next billing cycle.
What happens after upgrading
Your new limits take effect immediately:
- Storage increases to the new plan's allowance.
- Event and sign limits increase, letting you create more.
- Contractor limits increase for all events in your organisation.
No data is moved or changed. Everything you already have stays exactly as it is.
