Managing Your Subscription
View your current plan, update payment methods, and access invoices.

The billing page gives you a complete view of your subscription, payment details, and invoice history.
Viewing your current plan
- Go to Organisation Settings in the sidebar and click Billing.
- At the top of the page you see your current plan, billing cycle (monthly or annual), and next billing date.
Updating your payment method
- On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription.
- You are redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
- In the portal, click Payment Methods and add a new card or update the existing one.
- Click Save and close the portal to return to Signplanr.
Signplanr uses Stripe for all payment processing. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never touch Signplanr's servers.
Viewing invoices
- On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Click Invoices to see your full invoice history.
- Click any invoice to view or download a PDF copy.
What happens on payment failure
If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge over several days. During this period:
- Your plan remains active.
- Signplanr sends you email notifications about the failed payment.
- If the payment is not resolved, your organisation is eventually moved to a suspended state where new creation is blocked but existing data is preserved.
Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid any interruption.
