Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is permanent — no trial, no countdown. You can manage 1 event with up to 10 signs and 3 contractors at no cost.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can create an account and start using Signplanr immediately without entering any payment details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your existing data is always preserved. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you can still view everything but new creation is paused until you're within limits.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once per year at a ~17% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

What is storage overage?

If you exceed your plan's storage limit, additional storage is billed at $3/GB per month — an alternative to upgrading your tier.

How many users can I have?

Team members (organisers) are limited by plan. Contractors are also limited by plan but counted separately from your team members.

Can I use Signplanr for multiple organisations?

Yes. Each organisation has its own plan. You can be a member of multiple organisations and switch between them.

Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?

Yes — invoice billing with bank transfer is available on Enterprise plans. All other plans use credit card billing via Stripe. Submit an Enterprise inquiry below to get started.

What is the Site Survey add-on?

Site Surveys lets your contractors annotate photos with arrows, angles, and measurements in the field. Organisers create survey tasks, contractors complete them, and completed surveys can be converted into signs. It costs $2/contractor/month.

Who can use site surveys?

Site Surveys is available on Starter plans and above. Each contractor who needs survey access requires an assigned pass ($2/month each). Passes cover all events in your organisation.

What happens to surveys if I cancel the add-on?

All existing survey data — photos, annotations, notes — is preserved read-only. Contractors lose survey access, and no new surveys can be created until passes are repurchased.
