Viewing Your Assigned Signs

See the signs assigned to you and filter them by status.

Once you join an event, you see a list of signs that need your attention. Depending on how the organiser has configured the event, you see either all signs or only the ones specifically assigned to you.

The sign list

Open the event from your Dashboard to see the sign list. Each sign shows:

  • Sign number (e.g. A-042).
  • Sign type (e.g. Directional, Banner, A-Frame).
  • Current status (e.g. pending, in_progress, installed, rejected).
  • Location — a short description or map reference.

Tap any sign to open its detail view with full information, artwork, instructions, and reference documents.

Filtering by status

Use the status filter at the top of the sign list to narrow down what you see:

  • All — every sign assigned to you.
  • Pending — signs waiting for work to begin.
  • In Progress — signs you have started but not yet completed.
  • Installed — signs you have marked as installed.
  • Rejected — signs where the organiser has requested corrections.

Start your day by filtering to Pending and Rejected to focus on the signs that need action from you right now.

Map view

Tap the Map toggle at the top of the list to switch from the list view to a map view. Each sign is plotted on the event map so you can see exactly where each installation is located. Tap a map pin to jump to that sign's detail view.

Sign detail view

Tapping a sign from the list or map opens its detail page. Here you find:

  • Artwork — the image or file showing what the sign should look like.
  • Instructions — notes from the organiser on how to install it.
  • Custom fields — dimensions, material, finish, and any other fields defined by the sign type.
  • Photos — any photos you have already uploaded for this sign.
  • Comments — conversation thread between you and the organiser.
