Surveys on Maps & Survey Jobs
Plot surveys on your event maps, and group related surveys into a job a contractor accepts as one visit — with a shared brief, scheduling, and construction-site inductions.
Surveys on maps
Surveys now live on your event maps alongside signs. Place a survey on an image or geo map, drag the pin to fine-tune it, and toggle the survey layer on or off. Highlight a job and its surveys light up and number across the map — the day's route, made legible. Out in the field, contractors can set a survey's exact position by dragging the pin or dropping it on their current GPS location (when you allow it per event).
Survey jobs
Group related surveys into a job — one visit a contractor picks up, with rolled-up status and progress.
One brief, all the detail — customer, site address, site contact, scope of works, and safety notes captured once, and shown to whoever's on site with tap-to-call and directions.
Schedule the release — hold a job back until a future date so it only appears to the contractor when the work is ready. Due dates cascade to the surveys inside.
Construction-site inductions — flag a job as a construction site and contractors must read your site information and acknowledge an induction before they can start any survey.
Surveys on maps and survey jobs are part of the Site Surveys add-on.
