Contractor Onboarding

Getting contractors on-site quickly and safely is one of the biggest challenges event organisers face. We're building a structured onboarding flow that ensures every contractor meets your requirements before they pick up a tool.

Induction checklists — Create custom onboarding checklists per event or organisation. Define the steps every contractor must complete before they're cleared to work — from reading site rules to confirming emergency procedures. Track completion in real time from the organiser dashboard.

SWMS acknowledgement — Upload Safe Work Method Statements and require contractors to review and acknowledge them before accessing their assignments. Each acknowledgement is timestamped and stored against the contractor's record for your compliance files.

Document collection — Request and collect contractor documentation as part of the onboarding flow — licences, insurance certificates, white cards, working with children checks, or any other credentials your event requires. Set expiry dates and get notified when documents need renewal.

Induction confirmation — Contractors confirm they've completed their site induction with a simple tap in the mobile app. Organisers get a live view of who's been inducted and who's still outstanding, so no one slips through the cracks on event day.

How it fits in — Contractor onboarding slots into the existing invite flow. When a contractor accepts an event invitation, they'll be guided through any required onboarding steps before they can access their sign assignments. Nothing changes for events that don't need onboarding — it's entirely opt-in.
