Organisers attach reference documents to events and individual signs to give you additional context for your work. These can include installation guides, site maps, brand guidelines, safety instructions, and specification sheets.

Event-level documents

Event-level documents apply to the entire event rather than a specific sign.

  1. Open the event from your Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Documents tab.
  3. You see a list of all reference documents the organiser has uploaded (up to 20 per event).
  4. Tap a document to open it. PDFs open in an in-app viewer. Images display directly on screen.

Open event-level documents while you still have Wi-Fi. Once loaded, they are cached on your device and available offline.

Sign-level documents

Sign-level documents are specific to a single sign. They typically contain detailed installation instructions or sign-specific specifications.

  1. Open a sign from your sign list or map view.
  2. Scroll to the Reference Documents section.
  3. Tap a document to view it (up to 5 per sign).

Supported formats

| Format | How it opens | |---|---| | PDF | In-app PDF viewer with zoom and scroll | | JPEG / PNG | Displays as an image with pinch-to-zoom |

Offline access

Reference documents you have opened at least once are cached automatically on your device. You can view them again without an internet connection.

Documents you have not yet opened are not cached. If you know you will be working without connectivity, browse through the event and sign documents ahead of time so they are ready when you need them.

Reference documents are read-only. Only the organiser can upload, replace, or remove them.
