Reviewing Sign Photos

View installation photos uploaded by contractors and check their work.

Contractors upload photos of each sign after installation. As an organiser, you review these photos to verify that signs are installed correctly, in the right location, and in good condition.

Where to find photos

There are two ways to view contractor photos:

  • From the Signs tab — open any sign to see its photos in the detail panel.
  • From the Contractors tab — select a contractor to see all photos they have uploaded across their assigned signs.

Viewing photos

Click a sign to open it. The Photos section shows all uploaded images. Each sign supports up to 8 photos — one main installation photo and up to 7 additional angles.

For each photo you can see:

  • Thumbnail and full-size view — click to enlarge.
  • Timestamp — when the photo was uploaded.
  • Contractor name — who took the photo.

Use the full-size view to zoom in on details like sign alignment, mounting hardware, or surface condition.

Checking multiple signs

Use the Signs tab to quickly scan through your sign list. Signs with photos show a camera icon. Filter by installed status to focus on signs that are ready for review.

What to do after reviewing

If your event uses the approval or multi_stage workflow, you can approve or reject each sign based on the photos. In simple workflow mode, reviewing photos is informational — the contractor marks the sign as installed and you verify visually.
