Logging In
Log in to your Signplanr account and troubleshoot common login issues.
Log in to Signplanr to access your events, signs, and organisation settings.
How to log in
- Go to signplanr.com/login.
- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click Log In.
You are redirected to your Dashboard where you can see your events and organisation overview.
Troubleshooting common login issues
Wrong email address
Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with. If you belong to multiple organisations, you still have a single account — try the email you used originally.
Incorrect password
Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off and try again. If you cannot remember your password, use the forgot password flow to set a new one.
Email not confirmed
If you signed up but never confirmed your email, you cannot log in. Look for the confirmation email in your inbox (and spam folder). If you cannot find it, try signing up again with the same email to trigger a new confirmation.

Contractor login
Contractors log in at the same URL. After logging in, you are directed to the contractor app where you see your assigned events. If you were invited via an email link or access code, make sure you have completed the join process before trying to log in.
