Resetting Your Password

Use the forgot-password flow to reset your password via email.

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, you can reset it through email in a few steps.

Requesting a password reset

  1. Go to signplanr.com/login.
  2. Click Forgot Password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the Email Address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.

Signplanr sends a password reset email to your address.

Setting your new password

  1. Open the email from Signplanr and click Reset Password.
  2. Enter your New Password and confirm it.
  3. Click Update Password.

You are redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.

The reset link expires after a limited time for security. If the link has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one.

Tips

  • Check spam — if you do not see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from noreply@signplanr.com.
  • Use a strong password — choose something at least 8 characters long with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Already logged in? You can change your password from Account Settings without going through the reset flow.
