Account Settings

Update your name, email, avatar, password, or delete your account.

Your account settings let you manage your personal profile, update your credentials, and control your account.

Navigating to account settings

Click your avatar or name in the bottom of the sidebar, then select Account Settings. You can also go directly to signplanr.com/account.

Updating your name

  1. In the Profile section, edit the Full Name field.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Your updated name appears across Signplanr — in the sidebar, on comments, and in team member lists.

Changing your email address

  1. In the Profile section, edit the Email Address field.
  2. Click Save Changes.
  3. Signplanr sends a confirmation email to your new address. Click the link to verify it.

Your login email does not change until you confirm the new address.

Updating your avatar

  1. In the Profile section, click your current avatar or the Upload placeholder.
  2. Select an image from your computer.
  3. The avatar updates immediately.

Changing your password

  1. Scroll to the Security section.
  2. Enter your Current Password, then enter and confirm your New Password.
  3. Click Update Password.

If you have forgotten your current password, use the password reset flow instead.

Deleting your account

  1. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Delete Account.
  3. Confirm by typing your email address and clicking Delete Permanently.

Account deletion is permanent. Your profile, comments, and activity data are removed. If you are the only owner of an organisation, you must transfer ownership or delete the organisation first.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Make sure you have exported any data you need before proceeding.
