Transferring Organisation Ownership
Hand over ownership of your organisation to another admin on your team.

If you're leaving a project or want someone else to take over, you can transfer ownership of your organisation to an existing admin. The new owner gets full control and you become an admin.
Before you start
- Only the current Owner can transfer ownership.
- Ownership can only be transferred to a team member with the Admin role. If the person is currently a Member, change their role to Admin first.
How to transfer ownership
- Go to Settings in the sidebar, then click Members.
- Find the admin you want to make the new owner.
- Open their actions menu (three-dot icon) and select Transfer Ownership.
- Read the warning carefully — this action cannot be easily undone.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Click Transfer ownership.
You are immediately downgraded to Admin and the selected person becomes the Owner.
The new owner has full control of the organisation, including the ability to manage billing, delete the org, and remove members — including you.
What changes after the transfer

All events, signs, maps, and billing remain unchanged. No data is lost.
Can I undo a transfer?
Not directly. The new owner would need to transfer ownership back to you using the same process.
