Joining via Email Invite
Accept an email invitation to join an event as a contractor.

When an event organiser invites you to work on an event, you receive an email with a link to join. You can accept the invitation whether you already have a Signplanr account or are completely new to the platform.
Accepting the invitation
- Open the invitation email from Signplanr. It includes the event name and the organiser who invited you.
- Click Accept Invitation.
- The link takes you to Signplanr in your browser.
If you already have an account
- You land on the Log In page. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
- The invitation is accepted automatically and you land on the event.
If you are new to Signplanr
- You land on the Sign Up page. Enter your name, email, and a password, then click Create Account.
- Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link that Signplanr sends you.
- Once confirmed, you are added to the event and land on your contractor dashboard.
Invitations expire after 14 days. If your link has expired, ask the organiser to resend it from their event settings.
What you see after joining
After accepting the invitation you land on the event view inside the contractor app. Depending on the event's settings, you see either all signs for the event or only the signs assigned to you.
From here you can:
- View your assigned signs and start working.
- Install the app on your phone for the best mobile experience.
