Joining via Access Code

Use an access code link shared by the organiser to join an event.

Some organisers share a single access code link instead of sending individual email invitations. Anyone with the link can join the event as a contractor, making it ideal for large teams or last-minute additions.

Joining with an access code

  1. The organiser shares a link with you (via text, email, or messaging app). The link looks like signplanr.com/join/....
  2. Open the link in your browser.

If you already have an account

  1. You land on the Log In page. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
  2. You are added to the event and land on the event view.

If you are new to Signplanr

  1. You land on the Sign Up page. Enter your name, email, and a password, then click Create Account.
  2. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link that Signplanr sends you.
  3. Once confirmed, you are added to the event and land on your contractor dashboard.

Bookmark the access code link before you use it. If you accidentally close the page before finishing sign-up, you can reopen the link to continue.

If the organiser has revoked the access code, the link stops working for new users. If you already joined before revocation, your access is not affected.

After joining

You land on the event view inside the contractor app. From here you can start working immediately:
