Resubmitting Rejected Photos
View rejection notes from the organiser and resubmit corrected photos.
Sometimes the organiser rejects a photo because the sign is not positioned correctly, the image is blurry, or something else needs fixing on-site. When this happens, you see the rejection reason and can upload a corrected photo.
Checking for rejections
Signs with rejected photos appear with a rejected status in your sign list. You can quickly find them by using the Rejected status filter at the top of your sign list.
Each rejected sign shows a red indicator so it stands out from your other work.
Viewing the rejection reason
- Open the rejected sign from your sign list.
- Scroll to the Photos section. Rejected photos are marked with a red badge.
- Tap the rejected photo to see the rejection note left by the organiser.
The note explains exactly what the issue is — for example, "Sign is tilted to the left" or "Photo is too dark, please retake during daylight."
Read the rejection note carefully before heading back to the sign location. This saves you a return trip if there are multiple issues to address.
Resubmitting a corrected photo
- Fix the issue on-site (reposition the sign, clean the surface, etc.) if the rejection is about the physical installation.
- On the sign detail page, tap Replace on the rejected photo, or delete it and tap Add Photo.
- Take a new photo or choose one from your gallery.
- The photo uploads and the sign status changes back to a review-ready state.
The organiser is notified that you have resubmitted and will review the new photo.
Common rejection reasons and fixes
| Rejection reason | What to do | |---|---| | Blurry or out of focus | Tap the sign on-screen to focus, hold the phone steady | | Sign obscured | Remove obstructions, retake from a clear angle | | Wrong location | Check the instructions and map, reposition the sign | | Poor lighting | Retake during daylight or use additional lighting | | Missing angle shots | Add extra photos showing the requested views |
There is no limit to the number of times a photo can be rejected and resubmitted. The organiser and contractor work together until the installation meets the standard.
