Managing Survey Passes

How to purchase, assign, and revoke Site Survey passes for your contractors.

Site Survey passes grant contractors access to the survey feature. Each pass costs $2/contractor/month and covers all events in your organisation. Only org owners and admins can manage passes.

Purchasing passes

  1. Navigate to Organisation Settings > Billing.
  2. Find the Site Survey Passes card.
  3. Click Add Passes and enter the number of passes you need.
  4. Confirm the purchase — passes are added to your existing subscription as a line item.

Passes are prorated for the current billing period. There is no annual pricing for passes — they are always billed monthly.

Assigning passes

  1. In the Site Survey Passes card, click Assign Pass.
  2. Select a contractor from your organisation's contractor list (across all events).
  3. The contractor now has survey access for all events in the org.

A contractor only needs one pass, regardless of how many events they work on within your organisation.

Revoking passes

  1. In the assigned passes table, click Revoke next to the contractor's name.
  2. The pass becomes unassigned and can be reassigned to another contractor.

Revoking a pass immediately removes the contractor's survey access. Existing survey data (photos, annotations) from that contractor is preserved.

Removing passes

You can only remove unassigned passes. To reduce your pass count:

  1. Revoke any assigned passes you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove Passes and enter the number to remove.

What happens on cancellation

If you cancel your subscription or remove all survey passes:

  • Existing survey data is preserved read-only.
  • No new surveys can be created.
  • Contractors lose access to the survey feature.

Requirements

  • Your organisation must be on a Starter plan or above.
  • Passes require an active paid subscription.
