Bulk Survey Actions
Select multiple surveys to convert them to signs or delete them, and track bulk operations on the Operations page.
When you're working with a lot of surveys, you can act on several at once instead of opening each one. The surveys list supports bulk Convert to signs and Delete, with a record of every bulk run you can return to.
Selecting surveys
- Open the surveys list.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the surveys you want to act on.
- The bulk bar appears with the available actions.
Convert to signs
Choose Convert to signs to turn the selected surveys into sign records in one go.
Before anything is created, a plan-limit pre-check runs first. If converting the selected surveys would exceed the event's sign limit for your plan, the whole action is blocked with an upgrade prompt — and nothing is created. This prevents a partial conversion that leaves you over your limit.
When the conversion runs, progress is shown in a toast.

Delete
Choose Delete to remove the selected surveys. Deleting is a soft delete — the surveys are retained for 30 days and can be restored. See Restoring deleted surveys.
The Operations page
A history of bulk operations lives on an Operations page, linked from organisation settings. From there you can:
- Review past bulk runs and their results.
- Retry failed items from a run.
- Resume a run that was interrupted before it finished.
If a bulk convert or delete didn't fully complete — for example, you lost connection partway through — head to the Operations page to resume it rather than starting over.
