Org Overview: Every Event on One Screen

See progress, overdue work, rejections, stalled jobs and survey health across all of your organisation's events from a single dashboard.

If you run many installs at once — a dozen sites for one customer, a rolling program of venue upgrades, a season of events — opening each event to check on it gets old fast. Org Overview puts every event in your organisation on one screen: how far along each one is, what's overdue or rejected, what's waiting for your review, and which jobs have gone quiet.

Open it from Overview at the top of the sidebar.

Availability

Org Overview is included on the Business and Enterprise plans. Everyone in your organisation can see it — owners, admins and members — and it's read-only, so nobody can change anything from here.

On other plans the Overview tab is still there, but shows what the dashboard offers and a link to plans. Each event's own Overview tab always shows the same numbers for that single event, on every plan.

The Surveys and Jobs columns only appear if your organisation has the Site Surveys add-on.

What you see

Attention tiles

Six tiles across the top summarise everything currently in scope:

  • Signs complete — installed or approved signs as a percentage of all signs, with the raw count.
  • Overdue — signs past their due date that aren't installed or approved, plus surveys past their due date that haven't been reviewed.
  • Rejected — signs and surveys currently in a rejected state.
  • Awaiting review — signs marked installed on events that use an approval or multi-stage workflow, plus surveys that have been submitted. (Simple-workflow events never show here: there's nothing to review.)
  • Stalled — active events with no activity for 7 or more days. Activity means a sign being added, a status change, a photo upload, or a survey or job being created or progressed.
  • Open jobs — survey jobs not yet fully reviewed, with how many are due this week.

Click any tile to show only the events that contribute to it. Click it again to clear.

The event list

One row per event:

ColumnWhat it shows
EventName, status, customer and dates. Click the name to open the event.
Sign progressA bar in pipeline order — pending, in progress, installed, approved — with the completion percentage and the nearest outstanding due date. Rejected signs are shown as a red chip in the Attention column rather than on the bar.
SurveysA mini status bar, the survey count, and the most urgent signal (overdue, awaiting review, due this week). Opens the event's survey dashboard.
JobsOpen jobs out of total. Opens the event's jobs list.
AttentionRed chips for overdue and rejected, an amber chip for items to review, or "On track".
Last activityHow long since something happened on the event, with a "No activity" badge once an active event passes 7 days.

Hover over a progress bar to see the exact count in each status.

Filtering, sorting and sharing

  • Status chips — by default you see Active events. Turn on Draft, Completed or Archived to widen the view; turn chips off to narrow it. At least one stays selected.
  • Customer — limit the list to one customer's events.
  • Search — by event name. Press Enter to apply.
  • SortAttention (the default) puts the events that most need you at the top: overdue weighs most, then rejected and stalled, then awaiting review. You can also sort by next due date, lowest completion first, last activity, name or customer.
  • Group by customer — collapses the list under customer headings with a subtotal for each.

Every control lives in the page's web address, so you can bookmark a view or send the link to a colleague and they'll see exactly what you see.

The page refreshes itself every minute while the tab is open. Use Refresh for an immediate update.

How the numbers are calculated

  • A sign is complete when it's installed or approved — the same rule the event Overview donut uses.
  • A survey is complete when it's reviewed. Submitted surveys count as awaiting review.
  • Overdue uses each item's due date compared with today. Signs that are installed or approved are never overdue; surveys that are reviewed are never overdue.
  • Due this week covers today through the next six days.
  • Stalled only applies to active events. Drafts and completed events are expected to be quiet.

The fastest Monday-morning routine: open Overview, click Overdue, work down the list, then click Awaiting review and clear the queue.

Frequently asked questions

An event shows 0% but I know signs are installed. Check the event's workflow. Only installed and approved count as complete, so if your contractors are still marking signs in progress, the bar will show that segment instead.

Why is a completed event marked as stalled? It isn't — stalled only applies to active events. If you're seeing the badge, the event is still active; mark it completed from its Overview tab when the work is done.

Can I export this view? Not yet. Each event's PDF and CSV exports are available from the event, and a portfolio export is on the roadmap.
