How do I create an organisation?
After signing up, Signplanr prompts you to create your organisation. Enter a name and you're ready to go.

Owners have full control including billing. Admins can manage everything except billing and org deletion. Members can create and manage events.

What's the difference between workflow modes?
Simple: contractors update statuses directly. Approval: organisers must approve. Multi-stage: signs move through multiple stages.

All: every contractor sees every sign. Assigned: contractors only see signs specifically assigned to them.
Read more →Can I duplicate an event?
Yes. Duplication copies maps, signs, sign types, and reference documents. Contractors and photos are not copied.

Archived events become read-only. All data is preserved but no changes can be made. Archived events cannot be reopened.

Yes. Completed events can be moved back to active status. Archived events cannot.

How many photos can I upload per sign?
Up to 8 photos per sign — 1 main photo and up to 7 additional angles.

Image maps (PNG/JPEG site plans), PDF maps (converted to images), and geo maps (satellite/street view via Mapbox).

Yes. Add as many maps as you need and mix image, PDF, and geo map types.

Each page is offered as a separate map. You can select which pages to import.

How do I invite a contractor?
Go to the Contractors tab in your event and send an email invitation, or share an access code link.
Read more →What happens when I revoke an access code?
Revoking an access code prevents new contractors from joining. Existing contractors who already joined retain access.

Yes. You can assign multiple contractors to a single sign.

Email invitations expire after 14 days. You can resend or revoke them at any time.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. Sign data, maps, and reference documents are cached. Photos and status changes sync automatically when you reconnect.

Check the rejection notes from the organiser, correct the issue, and resubmit a new photo.

How are QR codes generated?
Signplanr auto-generates a unique QR code for every sign. No manual step is needed.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link.

How does storage overage work?
If you exceed your plan's storage limit, overage is billed at $3/GB/mo for paid plans.

Your data is preserved read-only. You can't create new content but nothing is deleted. You can reactivate any time.

Signplanr sends graduated notifications. If payment isn't resolved, your org is eventually soft-downgraded to the Free tier.
